Your credit union exists for one basic reason - to serve you. Since quality service is one of

A credit union is a nonprofit cooperative. It is member owned and operated. When you open
an account, you own a share in the credit union. Ownership entitles you to have a say in
the way your credit union is operated.
Each year, members elect other members to serve on the Board of Directors, The board is
the policy-making body for the credit union. Your voice is heard through the Board of
Directors, your direct representative in the credit union.
