Here to Serve...
Your credit union exists for one basic reason - to serve you. Since quality service is one of our top priorities, we strive to provide the services that you need in a fast, friendly manner.
A credit union is a nonprofit cooperative. It is member owned and operated. When you open an account,
you own a share in the credit union. Ownership entitles you to have a say in the way your credit union is operated.
Each year, members elect other members to serve on the Board of Directors, The board is the policy-making body for the credit union.
Your voice is heard through the Board of Directors, your direct
representative in the credit union.
A member may directly dispute the accuracy of information furnished to a consumer reporting agency by submitting a Notice of Dispute with the credit union. The Notice of Dispute must be in writing and mailed or delivered to Boise US Employees Federal Credit Union at 910 N. Orchard Street, Boise, ID 83706.
